The labeling method was implemented in three phases of 2012, 2015 and 2018.

Experts pointed out that at present, about 30% of domestic heavy-duty vehicles still do not meet the minimum requirements for rolling resistance in the first phase of the EU, 70% do not meet the minimum requirements for rolling resistance in the second phase, and the rolling resistance of passenger car tires is mostly E and F grades. The minimum requirements for the first phase of the EU can be met, but the minimum requirements for the second phase are generally not met. Looking at the situation in our province, the fuel efficiency of tires is an important threshold. Most of them are at the CE level, and a few belong to the F and G levels.
